Phish festival 8 – day 3

•November 7, 2009 • 1 Comment

Third day at the festival. Got up early and spent several hours sitting at the camp site soaking up the California rays and listening to the Bunny radio (special radio station set up for the fest.) Phish did an acoustic set at noon “Broad Daylight” and finished the weekend with a double set blowout at night wrapping up with tweezer reprise – of course. Conners and I partied it up with some camp buddies – Tim and Ryan from San Diego. Pretty amazing event, so much fun I couldn’t believe it ! Do I have to go back to reality?

After a brief nap we were up for a full day of halloween fun and three full sets of phish. We had a blast people watching through out the day. Everyone was dressed up and the party started early. We got indication that the guys were playing stones cover “exile on main” for the halloween show early and were pumped.

Skyler and Wesley helped me today with the influx of leaves falling by the minute. They took some time to jump in the pile and to pose for the camera.

We had our first game today with the new Dragons soccer team. Our second grade corinth team narrowly lost a hard battle but showed much potiential out of the gate in a new league with 7 x 7 play. Great job team.
